Miniature pressure force sensor EMS40-1kN (KMM40-1kN) – range 1000 N

EMS40-1kN (interchangeable designation: KMM40-1kN) is a compact, strain gauge compression force transducer, designed for precise static and dynamic measurements in aplikacjach przemysłowych o ograniczonej przestrzeni montażowej.

Thanks to a high-stiffness measuring diaphragm and a strain gauge bridge (1.5 mV/V), the sensor ensures precise force control in presses, test machines and robotic assembly lines.

1. Does the EMS40-1kN sensor measure tensile force?

2. What power source does the sensor bridge require?

As a passive bridge strain sensor, the EMS40 requires an excitation voltage (typically 5–10 V DC) supplied directly from a dedicated amplifier or strain gauge.
