High Speed TireScan measuring system

High-Speed TireScan ™ System from Tekscan records the effect of speed, motion and traction power on a tire at speeds up to 265 km / h.

A reliable system of pressure sensing elements scans at a frequency of 20 kHz, while the tire moves on a measuring mat. The software displays the shape of the tire and distributes the pressure in motion. High Speed TireScan has two configurations: Tethered and Datalogger.

High Speed TireScan records key changes in the shape of a tire that can occur at various centrifugal forces of speed.

The High Speed TireScan ™ software module provides tools for a more comprehensive analysis with higher quality. The software displays pressure distribution data in many formats. The user can create and customize reports from the relevant tire data and export them as a CSV or Word file.

Usage

  • Assessment of tire performance at high speeds
  • Finding emergency modes
  • Measurement of tire deformation caused by the inertia force
  • Assessing the performance of cornering
