Motors with electronic commutation are very much used because of the higher range of speeds, they do not have mechanical limitations caused by brushes as well as due to better torque characteristics, which allows operation over the entire speed range with rated load.
In comparison to brush motors, BLDC motors have better thermal characteristics, which is related to the positioning of the winding on the stator, which is connected to the housing, thanks to which the heat is better dispersed.
The integrated electronics simplifies the installation and control of the drive. We offer BLDC motors with a rated torque of up to 2.90 Nm. They have built-in or external electronics, depending on the model, they can have an integrated planetary and/or worm gear, encoder, and brake.
The BG series drive with power from 3 to 1100 W, available with an integrated or external controller. The available communication interfaces are CANopen, Profibus, ProfiNet, and EtherCAT.
The 1.25.xxx.xxx series is 12 - 40 VDC motors with a current of 2.0 to 9.5 A. The models available have a rated torque of 11 to 65 Ncm and a rotational speed of 3200 to 4200 rpm.
RP series brushless motors are characterized by high efficiency, with a rated torque of up to 221 Ncm.
