The MOBOT ® AGV CubeRunner2 mobile robot is used to automate in-house transport.

Its task is autonomous transport of goods between designated points.

It is a universal helper designed to transport medium-sized loads , such as litter trays, packages and various details of various shapes.

Wide possibilities

The robot is equipped with a system of two retractable mandrels for automatically hooking the transport trolley over the robot.

Automatic picking up and leaving towed trucks significantly increases transport capacity.

Safe transport

MOBOT ® AGV CubeRunner2 is equipped with an advanced security system, including laser scanners with security function. They are responsible for detection of obstacles appearing before the mobile robot.

Thanks to its operation, the mobile robot can react appropriately by slowing down or stopping completely to avoid collision.

Picking up and delivery the loads

We offer several models of standard carts and adapters for the robot.

With their help, it is possible to automatically take the load, transport it safely and store it in its destination.

In addition to standard solutions, we also offer a trolley tailored to the needs of your factory.

Navigation

For the navigation of CubeRunner2 004 a laser terrain mapping system (LMS) and line tracking system using a vision system is used.

In the case of LMS navigation, the robot is oriented in space similar to human.

The robot creates a map of the environment in its memory and, by scanning the space while traveling, sees landmarks (e.g. walls), so that it always knows exactly where it is.

Control

Robot work is managed from the level of the control terminal located in the base point.

For the detailed configuration of robot parameters, the intuitive MOBOT ® RoutePlanner software is used.

Power supply

The robot works efficiently thanks to capacious batteries. They are placed in special cassettes enabling their quick replacement.

The robot can also be charged using the charging station.

Optionally, an automatic charging station can be used.
