2D / 3D measurement system

The 2D / 3D measurement system is designed to measure height of elements based on profile analysis (difference between the tip of the gasket and the base) with an accuracy of & # 177; 10 & # 181; m. The measurement is carried out with a step of 1mm over the entire length of the element. The device also allows you to measure the width of the element.

The entire scanning process lasts no more than 10 seconds, during which measurement data are sent to dedicated software on a PC. The final data is information about the average height of the element, the minimum and maximum value, as well as deviations of min. and max. in relation to the average value.

The system also signals deviations for each point, from the nominal height entered by the user with tolerance. All measurement points from the measurement can also be saved to a file in the format â * .csvâ, for further analysis.
