Hamulec hydrauliczny LBHS

The new LBHS hydraulic brake consists of one element. It does not contain any moving parts and generates the total braking force and holds only through the pressure of the body.

Highlights:

  • 1 functional component
  • Hydraulic brake with narrow and low design
  • Can be used with any type of guide
  • The highest stiffness
  • No moving parts
  • Brakes in case of pressure drop (normally closed)
  • Optimized using the finite element method
  • The holding force is generated by the pressure of the clamp body

Brake construction

  1. Profile rail guide for all popular profile rail guides
  2. Construction - functional component
  3. Creating a clamping force by stressing the material Narrow and low construction
  4. Electrode contour is used to open an element under pressure
  5. Clamping and braking wedges pressed against the pressure surfaces of the profile rail guide
  6. Płyty uszczelniające do obustronnego podłączenia przewodów hydraulicznych
