The PG1521-0504B miniature stepper motor with integrated planetary gearbox with 18-degree pitch (about 0.175 degree on the output shaft) and the transmission ratio of 102.5: 1 is available for continuous sales in our company.
The motor with a housing diameter of 15 mm and a height of 21 mm has a torque of 20 Ncm. The gear housing and all the teeth are made entirely of nylon, which ensures quietness.
The motor is mounted behind the holes in the front plate of the plastic gearbox, spaced 20 mm and has a 3 mm steel steel lip. The motor has a 4-wire bipolar winding with a rated voltage of 5 V and a rated current of 0.4 A. The resistance of the winding is 10 Ohm and the inductance is 2.25 mH. A 200 mm long wire is terminated with a miniature Molex 4-pin connector.
From the motor side, the conductor is soldered to a printed circuit board placed in a plastic 9-to-8.5 mm protrusion protruding from the side of the motor housing, increasing the diameter to 18.5 mm here .
A small engine mass of about 11.8 g gives you the chance to use it as an executive mechanism in small-scale portable micromechanisms, printers, toys, robots, etc. For such a small motor, it provides high step precision and negligible looseness of the output shaft at a very attractive price.
