The new Kinco MK series all-in-one HMI-PLC panel retains the high cost performance of the Kinco HP series all-in-one devices, but uses a high-performance processor and the new DTools HMI programming software technology platform to support richer image components and new software features.
M-IoTfunction
- Built-in Internet of Things functions, support for program uploading and downloading, PLC communication over the network, VNC remote monitoring, equipment management and other rich remote operation and maintenance functions, easy to use and efficient, to make it easier for customers to use various applications.
Performance improvement
- The HMI part adopts industrial processor, 700MHz main frequency, 128MB Flash memory + 64MB large capacity DDR2 memory, and supports the new generation of DTools touch screen programming software to further improve product performance.
Extended functions
- The PLC supports a wide range of expansion modules, it can be expanded with a maximum of 8 KS expansion modules. It can meet the needs of various user applications, with better cost performance.
Fast pulse counter
- There are 4 high-speed pulse counters. Each high-speed counter allows for a maximum of 32 PV values and supports 32 "CV=PV" interrupts. The high-speed meter supports various modes, it can be single-phase, two-phase (up/down), AB phase (1-times and 4-times frequency). The maximum counting frequency of the four pulse counters is 50 kHz.
Users can use the HSC setup wizard in their programming software to configure it directly.
Fast pulse output
- There are 4 high-speed pulse outputs, all supporting PTO (pulse train) and PWM (pulse width modulation) output signals. The software provides PLS (PWM or PTO), a positioning control command group, PFLO_F (execute instruction), and other features to help users implement simple motion control applications.
