WObit specialists have provided a control and control system for the large-scale DPPE-65. They adapted the software for the device in such a way that you can program up to twenty different width ranges of boards or balls intended for propagation in the DPPE-65 multi-blades.
For each range, eight cutting variants can be programmed. All data on programmed width ranges and cutting variants are displayed on the MT4403T operator panel in digital and graphical form. The SMH80 servo motor together with the servo driver from the CD series was implemented to drive the feed.
The use of Kinco servo drives has resulted in a large change in the variant of cutting (about 1 second). The use of Kinco components in the DPPE-65 multi chain saw increased its efficiency, thus creating new possibilities for the mechanization of flexible sawmill lines.
