The SR1000-STZB SCARA â R2 model from WObit is a four-axis Polish industrial robot with a maximum lifting capacity of 5 kg. The manipulator is characterized by a large working range up to 1000 mm. The simple and compact design guarantees its reliability and makes it easy to adapt the robot to a specific application. Applied stepper motors equipped with encoders ensure repeatability of positioning and superordinate position control. The main purpose of this robot is assembly and repeatable transfer of details and their sorting.
SCARA â R2 thanks to simple structure and intuitive software in Polish can be easily adapted to the given application, it is also possible to modify the software and also to program the robot. The important element of the robot is the free software , enabling quick configuration and memorizing the trajectory of machine movement.
The delivered environment has an intuitive interface, thanks to which learning to manipulate the keypad is fast and simple. The flexibility of the manipulator guarantees electrical connection and air supplied to the robot's second arm, which enables the pneumatic or electric gripper to be connected. The electrical connector has the option to sign three 24 V DC input signals to control the position of the gripper.
