Navigation

Navigation

Depending on the model, the robot can navigate through space with:

  1. Laser Mapping System (LMS) - the robot is equipped with laser sensors and a system of mapping objects in space, thanks to which it is fully autonomous and intelligent. This method is fast and flexible in implementation, does not require modification of the existing environment,
  2. colored (painted or lined) line , and characteristic points such as stations, turns, and braking points are marked by DataMatrix codes,
  3. magnetic tape , where characteristic points are marked with RFID markers.

Safety

Safety

All mobile robots can work safely between people, by equipping them with a laser scanner with a security function. He is responsible for detecting obstacles that appear before the robot and the right response to avoid collisions.

Power

Power

The efficient work of robots provides batteries placed in special cassettes, enabling their quick replacement. MOBOT о AGV can also be charged via the charging station. Optionally, it is possible to use an automatic charging station.

Software

Software

For detailed configuration of robot parameters, use the MOBOT® RoutePlanner software. The software works under the control of Windows. Using this interface, you can perform operations such as:

  • observation of the status of the robot and the most important components of the system,
  • configuration of drives and I / O of the main controller,
  • hand-operated vehicle navigation,
  • adding to the controller characteristic points of the route in which a given action is to be carried out.

Adaptability

Adaptability

MOBOT®AGV self-driving transport robots can be easily retrofitted with robot-mounted modules using convenient mounting holes.

You can quickly and easily adapt the robot to your load by attaching a roller conveyor, pallet transport adapter, gravity conveyor, cuvettes, containers, racks, load lifting system, robotic arm - everything your application requires.

These modules can be easily replaced, which allows the use of MOBOT® robots for various tasks in your company.
