The optoCONTROL system consists of a sensor unit and an intelligent controller. The sensor unit includes a light source (LED or laser) and a CCD camera. The source of the light creates a parallel light curtain. The CCD camera in the receiving part measures with a high degree of accuracy the contours created by the cast shadow created by the measured object. The receiving part is controlled and controlled by an intelligent controller with a graphical display for servicing and displaying measured values. optoCONTROL is preferred for use in the production and quality control of contactless and high-dynamic measurements on the conveyor belt, profile extrusion lines, in stringing processes, in machines and production machines.
