
SMC105 is a programmable controller for stepper engines with a 1/256 step and current to 5A.
In addition to controling the step / direction, it is also possible to control the speed or engine position using a potentiometer and universal inputs.
The controller uses advanced engine current control algorithms, reducing its vibrations during operation. The controller has diagnostic outputs (signaling of the loss of step, error).
It is possible to prepare a dedicated software for the controller, e.g. with the speeds specifically defined by the user or the positions.

Versatile connection options
SMC105 supports both bipolar and unipolar engines (4, 6 or 8-wire), offering various connection configurations for torque optimization or maximum speed. Insulated inputs Step/DIR/Enable (5-24V) and non-insulated universal inputs In0-in5 ensure the flexibility of integration with various control systems.
Two modes
- Step/direction mode - classic frequency control of pulses administered to the STEP input
- Generator mode - speed adjustment using a built -in potentiometer or through programmed values selected with a combination of inputs in in0 -in3
