Capacitive sensors for high temperatures up to 800 °C
The new capaNCDT 6228 capacitive sensor system is designed for measurement tasks at ambient temperatures up to +800 °C. Up to four CSE/HT series high-temperature sensors can be simultaneously connected to the efficient controller. The integrated high temperature sensor cable compensates for interference caused by electric or magnetic fields. In addition, measurement data is transmitted both analogously and digitally via modern interfaces such as Ethernet and EtherCAT.

Highest precision at extreme temperatures
capaNCDT CSE/HT high temperature sensors are used for measurements at ambient temperatures from -50 °C to +800 °C. Thanks to high temperature stability and exceptionally high linearity, the measurement system provides precise results even in difficult ambient conditions. Additionally, available sensors cover measurement ranges from 1 mm to 20 mm.
Ideal for distance and thickness measurements at high ambient temperatures
The capaNCDT 6228 system is used, among other things, to measure the thickness of heated brake discs on both sides and to monitor the level of float glass. In addition, exceptionally good temperature stability ensures high measurement accuracy.
Ease of use via web interface
Thanks to the easy-to-use web interface, no additional software is needed to fully configure the controller and sensors. The network interface is accessible via Ethernet and contains all settings for the capaNCDT 6228 / 6338. In this way, filters, arithmetic operations and other parameters can be easily saved in the controller.
