induSENSOR DTD - inductive meter with a compact controller on a cable for serial applications in mechanical engineering and automation
The compact DTD inductive sensor system consists of a plain bearing-guided piston gauge and controller, which are connected to each other by a 3 m cable.
The controller is just 18mm in diameter and the 3m cable allows for easy installation.
The DTD sensor system is based on the proven LVDT measurement method. It impresses with its exceptional precision and ensures high signal stability and resolution in the micrometer range. With high temperature stability, shock and vibration resistance, and insensitivity to dirt, the induSENSOR DTD is ideal for industrial measurement tasks.
Modern fieldbus protocols such as Ethernet, PROFINET or EtherCAT are supported by optionally available interface modules.
Properties:
Measuring range (mm): ± 1 | 3 | 5 | 10
Linearity: max. ± 60 µm
Repeatability: max. 1.5 µm
Sampling rate (-3 dB): adjustable to 300 Hz
Digital interface: RS485, PROFINET, EtherNet/IP, Ethernet, EtherCAT
Proven LVDT measurement method
Robust design for industrial use
Ideal for series use in mechanical engineering and automation
