Robot Tower TR2000 is designed for packaging or palletizing applications. It has 4 degrees of freedom , allowing for the efficient implementation of complex traffic.
The robot arm allows you to mount any gripper, it is also possible to use a gripper heat exchanger, allowing quick conversion of the robot in manual or automatic mode.
The robot can carry loads of up to 100 kg total weight , with a maximum range of 2000 mm. The weight of the gripper used in the application should also be included in the mass transferred.
Thanks to the use of a gear with a bore in individual axes of rotation, all wires are routed inside the structure.
The robot structure can be adapted to be set on a running gear based on linear guides and a drive for a high precision toothed rack.Dzięki temu robot zyskuje dodatkową oś ruchu, wzdłuż której może przemieszczać się z ładunkiem, na niemalże dowolnym dystansie.
The robot can be additionally equipped with various sensors or a vision system, providing information about the location or orientation of the object to be transported.
Robot control is located in a separate control cabinet. The robot is programmed using the environment installed on a PC computer with Windows. A manual operator panel is used to program the robot.
