The Laser Distance Meter from the Micro-Epsilon range, optoNCDT 1750LL, has been specifically designed to measure irregular structures and reflective surfaces, such as abrasive paper, rubber, grinding wheels, etc. The sensor includes special cylindrical expansion lenses measuring point to the laser ruler, which the human eye perceives as an oval.
Combined with special algorithms, the sensor compensates for interference due to defects in the surface structure, allowing accurate distance measurement.
Ideal for use everywhere where conventional laser sensors with a small measuring spot that does not allow for uniform reflection of light, work at the limit of their capabilities, receiving a signal that is noisy and unstable.
An additional advantage of the optoNCDT 1750LL is the small size, allowing it to be installed in confined spaces.
The combination of unique parameters, highest precision and dynamics together with a wide range of functions make the optoNCDT 1750 series of laser sensors the leader in its class.
