Based on the MLA line modules, WObit specialists prepared, among others, Cartesian construction designed for testing touch panels. In this case, stepper motors with SMC104 controllers were used to load the system. The control was implemented by micro indexer MI3.8.9, which is a universal device used to set the trajectory of motion for three stepper motors through any power controller, in this case SMC104.
Another interesting application made on the basis of linear modules is the marking system. As a drive in this type of application, the SMH60 servo motor was used along with the CD series controller. The controllers in this series communicate via the RS232 interface and can work in several modes: step / direction (analogous to stepper motors), speed control, torque control, and travel to the desired home position. The control of the entire system has been programmed in the K308-40AR PLC controller, in addition to the marking system, the MT4414TE operator panel has been implemented for local display of results and also for local process control.
WObit specialists have prepared the Pan-Tilt-Zoom layout, which is used to adjust camera tilt and panning in photography. It is also used in monitoring and in the film industry.
Depending on the size of the PTZ system being designed, a suitable motor with control should be used. The device uses dedicated control based on motion control system with built-in power stages and two step drives that allow positioning the Pan-Tilt-Zoom system with a precision of <0.1.
The WObit specialists provided the control and control system for the DPPE-65 bulkhead. They customized the software for the device so that DPPE-65 can be programmed into up to twenty different width ranges of boards or balls to be spanned .
Eight cutting variants can be programmed for each width range. All data on the programmed range of widths and cutting variants are displayed on the MT4403T operator panel in digital and graphic form. A SMH80 servo motor with a servo driver from the CD series was implemented to drive the feed.
The use of Kinco servo drives has ensured a large variation in the variant of cutting (about 1 second). The use of Kinco components in the DPPE-65 multi-saw saw increased its efficiency, thus creating new possibilities for the mechanization of flexible sawmill lines.
Profilograf is a device that allows you to measure and capture a road surface profile in the range of 45 to 90 mm. Thanks to him, in a simple way, we gain the possibility of verifying the state of the road by determining the depth of ruts, spins or strikes. The profile is a record of the altitude currently indicated by the laser sensor in the path function read from the incremental encoder. The WObit company has manufactured a profilograph whose design is based on the MLA linear module, the ILD1302-50 laser sensor and the electronics: the MGTAE1 measuring device and the SIC184 controller.
