The DZ140 sensor has been designed to measure turbochargers. Optimized for modern and thin blades made of aluminum or titanium. Equipped with an integrated temperature measurement, the sensor can be used both in the vehicle and in the laboratory.
Robust miniature controller
The whole of the electronics is integrated in a very small and compact aluminum housing. DZ140 provides high resistance to distortions, both in test stands and in the case of tests performed on a vehicle. The DZ140 vacuum circuit measuring system is resistant to dirt, oil and withstands high levels of vibration and shock. The maximum operating temperature up to 115 ° C allows the sensor to be used directly on the engine.
Easy service
The three-colored LED status on the controller indicates when the sensor has reached the correct distance from the blade blades. What's more, the system is compatible with previous sensor models. This feature shortens the installation time.
Measurement of aluminum and titanium blades
The DZ140 measures both aluminum and titanium blades. The sensors can be mounted at a relatively large distance from the blade. The maximum distance of 2.2mm enables reliable operation.
