Hall sensor transducer with a magnetic circle is used where there is a small size in addition to a low price with high reliability and the need to build directly on the object shaft. It is the ideal sensor for mass applications in the automotive and industrial fields. Magnetic ring with an external diameter of 18mm has a mounting hole with a diameter of 8mm. It is magnetized on the outer surface of the ring with 16 poles.
The sensor should be above this surface at a relatively uncritical distance of 0.5 to 3 mm. The sensor has an internal logic ensuring obtaining from two channels A, B displaced in the phase signal phase and the signal speed S (logically A & OR B). The transmitter has two Hall sensors placed in the integrated circuit precisely in relation to each other in a photoresist at a distance of 1.5 mm with a tolerance of 1 Îźm. A version with an opening for diameter of 6mm and 6.35mm with a mounting sleeve with a M3 Allen screw is manufactured.
