The class of economic robots

The most economical version is a robot which design is based on MLA modules. A stepper motor, brush motor and brushless DC and servo drive can be used as a drive. Due to the compatibility of the profile with popular connection systems and, as the name suggests, the modular structure, MLA allow designers to develop functional solutions tailored to the requirements of a specific application. The maximum range of motion in one axis is 2500 mm, and the positioning precision is up to 0.1 mm

Motor control can be implemented in a variety of ways. The first is the use of MLA modules with integrated electronics, which can be controlled from the PLC driver or HMI panel . Instead of a PLC, you can also use the MI 3.8.9. Trajectory generator, and instead of modules with integrated electronics, use the MLA-SIC modules. Depending on the robot's function, it can be equipped with grippers or various measuring devices such as laser scanners.
