Cartesian robot whose design is based on ServoTube engines is a new, dynamic solution in the WObit offer. It is equipped with drives characterized by high dynamics - acceleration up to 586 m / s2, speeds up to 10.6 m / s and repetitiveness up to 0.012 mm. Thanks to the compact design of the drives and their excellent parameters, we can prepare robots working in gantry systems as well as multi-axis applications.
ServoTube motors that are used in this type of construction are characterized by compact construction and high degree of protection (up to IP69K), suitable for applications in the food and medical industries. Motor control is carried out through functional drivers from the mcDSA series that can be controlled from the PLC controller . Depending on the robot's function, it can be equipped with grippers or various measuring devices such as, for example, laser scanners .
