SID1812v2 is a controller for DC motors that allows you to adjust the speed and direction of motor rotation. The motor control can be controlled via external DIR, EN, 0-5V signals, Modbus-RTU interface or via a built-in potentiometer and switches. In the case of control via the Modbus protocol, we have the possibility to view internal parameters of the controller such as the load (rough value of the current), the value of the input signal 0-5V or the temperature of the controller.
The controller has been equipped with a soft start function that allows gentle starting of high power engines and rotor inertia.
Features:
Co-operation with DC motors up to 150 W
The maximum current is 12 A / 12 V (6 A / 24 V)
Maximum temporary current up to 30 A
10 ~ 36V DC power supply
Built-in RS-485 communication interface with Modbus-RTU protocol
Rotational speed control with built-in potentiometer or external voltage 0 ~ 5V
Optoisolated start inputs (EN), direction changes (DIR) and braking (STOP) with the option of setting the level of the control signal
Soft start function
Current, short circuit and thermal protection
Quick access to settings via configuration switches on the controller panel
