Sensors and measurement devices
Measurements - Why do we measure, what and what do we measure?
Sensors and measuring systems are like the senses of machines. It is thanks to them that we receive a signal - that is, information about the presence of details, their quantity, we can control dimensions, temperature and color.
You can measure almost anything - shapes, size, temperature, force and pressure, moment or displacement. We offer a variety of sensors, from the simplest proximity sensors that allow for simple detail detection, to highly advanced profile scanners, micrometers or interferometers.
The measurement and displacement of details can be controlled in a contact or non-contact manner. Depending on the needs of the application, you can choose from a number of technologies offering various measuring ranges, precision or resistance to external factors.
In many automation systems, there is a need to carry out weight measurements, e.g. in dosing systems, raw materials storage tanks. For this purpose, strain gauges are used that measure compressive and tensile forces as well as stresses.
Rotary-pulse converters are even more often used measuring elements in automation. Encoders are implemented wherever it is necessary to precisely determine the angular position, distance traveled, number of revolutions or rotational speed.
We pay more and more attention to the quality of our products. For quality control, we offer a wide range of color sensors, thermal imaging cameras, torque sensors, laser scanners and many other technologies to verify whether the products meet their requirements.
The range of sensors is complemented by measuring devices that enable effective collection and processing of the signal, which is then displayed on the HMI panel or counted.
