Clamped, clamped, low cost aluminum clutches with a very small kinematics transfer, with a low moment of inertia. Despite its compact construction, it enables excellent torque transfer, while reducing axial and angular misalignment.
The operating temperature in the range -35 ° C… + 85 ° C corresponds to their main application - to the axis connection of optoelectronic transducers or other kata sensors with a driving axis and due to the large transmission torque to connect the motors, e.g. stepped with a nappy. As aluminum cladding, it does not insulate electrically bonded shafts.
Optoelectronic and rotary potentiometric transducers should be mounted to the object shaft by means of a flexible coupling. The elastic coupling compensates for the misalignment of the assembly (longitudinal, radial, axial) or the object's shaft beating. Their use increases the lifetime of transducers.
Aluminum cut-out equipment is made of one piece of aluminum and ensures long life at low moment of inertia and relatively high moment transferred. The parameters of the cladding and thickness (about 3 to 4 mm) are selected so as to ensure a low kinematic transfer error with sufficient flexibility in the other directions.
When ordering the diameters, pay attention to the difference of the external diameter to the larger hole, which should be from 5.6 to 8 mm.
