Moduł profilu 3D - inteligentna ocena 3D i wyniki wyjściowe połączonych danych profilu 2D/3D

The 3D profile module enables the calculation of several individual scanCONTROL 30xx sensor profiles in a common coordinate system. In this way, a complex 2D profile or a complex 3D point cloud can be generated. This makes it possible to detect various geometries, extend measurement ranges and perform thickness measurements. The precise assignment of the sensor position to the position of the measuring object can be carried out using the integrated encoder inputs.

Data evaluation and system parameterization can be implemented in the 3DInspect software. The 3D Profile Unit Controller has an integrated evaluation function combined with an industrial Ethernet connection, allowing application control and measured values ​​to be transmitted to the PLC. Alternatively, the 3D Profile Unit controller can also be integrated with popular imaging programs via GigE Vision and acts as a raw data provider.

3DPU-X is a system that converts profile data from several scanCONTROL sensors into a common coordinate system and makes them available as 2D profiles/3D point clouds via GigE Vision.

Intelligent 3D evaluation and output from combined 2D/3D profile data: 3DPU-X/IE

3DPU-X/IE is a system that converts the profile data of several scanCONTROL sensors into a common coordinate system, evaluates 2D profiles / 3D point clouds and makes the measured values ​​available via integrated field bus interfaces, e.g. as good or bad results.
