The HIGH-SPEED group includes the laser scanner series scanCONTROL 2650, 2750 and 2950. They are used for very fast data delivery during integration by the customer, i.e. they generate a profile of calibrated points and transfer it to a given application.
However, not only the measurement speed plays an important role in the case of target high target speeds (eg tape); a high rate of data transfer speed also provides decisive advantages when scanning a surface.
For a variety of client applications in which scanners are integrated, a large variety of programming interfaces is available. Information about the profile is transmitted by means of FireWire or Ethernet.
