Seria RD2 przekładni cykloidalnych (RDS, RDR, RDP)

The new Nabtesco RD2 series cycloidal gear units have pre-lubrication and a sealing system, allowing them to be easily assembled in most applications. Three types of outputs are available in the series (with a coupler led straight under the right angle (90), both for the type with the hole and with the derived shaft).

Thanks to this configuration, constructional capabilities have been significantly increased. The gearboxes can be used in applications such as positioning (control in the incline and rotary axis), semiconductor PCB segmentation, ball screw drives and in industrial self-propelled trolleys.

The most important features of Nabtesco RD2 are:

  • Reducing the risk of gearbox damage compared to planetary gears
  • Reduction of costs (number of parts) and assembly space (thanks to the large bearings it is enough to support one side)
  • Angular clearance at 1 arcmin for precise positioning
