ColorSENSOR CFO is a new sensor for precise color recognition in industrial measurement tasks. The CFO series is distinguished by high color accuracy, state-of-the-art interfaces and intuitive operation. The controller is connected by means of optical fibers, which can be adapted to different measuring tasks. ColorSENSOR CFO is used in tasks related to the recognition of colors on internal components, such as buckles in cars, in package inspections or in sorting tasks by colors such as curves, closures or labels.
ColorSENSOR CFO replaces the LT series models.

Fiber optic sensors
The colorSENSOR CFO model requires fiber optics that are used at the measurement point. Depending on the measurement task, the fiber optics can be individually connected. The sophisticated optics of glass fiber thanks to its minimal installation dimensions, durable material is ideal for applications requiring mechanical stress and difficult environmental conditions, such as high temperatures. The sensor can also be used in limited areas, because the sensor head requires a minimum installation space.
Intuitive operation via the web interface
The integrated, intuitive network interface simplifies the configuration of the CFO sensor. The sensor is connected to the computer via Ethernet. The network interface includes displaying the measurement value, configuration and configuration, eg exposure and measurement frequencies. In addition, the sensor can be adapted to different color groups and tolerance spaces for each color.
