HPG-A

HPG-A rotary-pulse counter is designed to accurately determine the position of the machine on the machine. As in pulse transducers, they generate two shifted in phase by 90 degrees. electric signals enabling the direction to be differentiated (25 or 100 pulses per revolution). Depending on the definition, one pulse means 0.001, 0.01 or 0.1 millimeter. During rotation, the transducer generates a pulse rate.

The value control knob has a ratchet to distinguish the generated pulses. If the 100 pulses are divided, the knob is fixed in the position of signal A at level H and signal B at level L.

The spindle is equipped with a scale to specify the number of pulses generated for a given rotation angle.

In addition, the room unit is equipped with an emergency stop button and two function buttons.
