thicknessGAUGE O.EC Sensor system for precise measurements of the thickness of tapes and plates

thicknessGAUGE O.EC is a compact inline measuring systemwith a stable O-shaped design with an aluminum roller and an integrated control cabinet. The system is usedfor precise measurements of the thickness of plastic tapes and coatings with a material thickness of up to 3 mm and a web width of up to max. 1250 mm. To obtain a cross-sectional profile of the material thickness, the sensor is moved over the foil. By holding the sensor in a specific position, a thickness profile can be generated.

Integration takes place in complete production lines, e.g. in the production of plastics and battery foils. Systems can be integrated in new plants or modernized directly in existing plants.
