Capacitive rotational speed sensor for industrial measurement tasks
capaNCDT CST6110 is a capacitive rotational speed sensor system for any type of rotational speed counting and measurement tasks.
The industrial measurement system consists of a dustproof, waterproof controller and compact sensors that can be integrated in confined spaces.
The rotational speed sensor is used in centrifugal test stands, balancers, generators and motors, as well as shafts and drives.
The CST6110 detects and counts blades, gears and tips with the highest precision and stability even in dusty, oily environments.

Material-independent speed measurement for universal use
Regardless of the material, the compact speed sensor offers a high degree of noise immunity and reliability.
Electrical conductors (metals) and insulators (plastics, ceramics,…) are counted from the first detection with high signal quality.
The rotational speed is measured from the first revolution up to a maximum of 400,000 rpm.
The adjustable rotary switch supports the rotary output of objects that have several measurement points per revolution, such as rotor blades.
