Series 847 is manufactured with IP67 protection, which means that it is resistant to dust and intensive contact with water. The control with a gentle touch allows for simple and precise control of machines in difficult conditions.
Thanks to contactless Hall sensors used in joysticks and their fluid mechanical behavior, they are very strong for a whole life period of the machine, approx. 10 million cycles. To optimally adjust the joysticks for each application , Megatron offers them in two sizes h, with a height of 60 mm and 48 mm. A smaller version requires less space in each direction, which means that the joystick can be built in a smaller space. Joysticks are also equipped with friction brakes, stopping and switching positions on demand. This allows you to enable additional functions, depending on the switching angle.
Joysticks for 847 series fingers have a redundant output signal as standard: the user can choose between parallel and inverted output signals. Pulse width modulation (PWM) is another available option. Five different color pads are available to distinguish between functions when several joysticks are used simultaneously.
Joysticks from the 847 series are compatible with the previous 846 series and comparable to models from other manufacturers.
