The confocalDT 2421 and 2422 controllers measure the distance and thickness of very glossy and mirrored surfaces. Available in one or two-channel versions, they provide a cost-effective solution, especially in the production of large quantities of details.

Thanks to it, it is possible to perform multi-gauge measurements on flat surface of the glass, double-sided or multi-point measurements of the thickness of the packaging glass using only one controller. These systems can also be used when measuring the thickness of sheet metal, to ensure the quality in the production of mobile phones and in the production of electronics.
