The SMC62 driver has been replaced by SMC124 < / strong>.
The SMC 62 driver has a step divide implemented using jumpers or M1 and M2 signals. The motor's rated current is determined by the additional resistors added to the original soldered in the appropriate places from the elements side (the default value is 1A).
The controller is protected by a thermal switch, which after exceeding the temperature of 850C blocks the LUZ signal, thus causing the motor to disconnect despite being signaled with a STEP signal. The controller has passive cooling (2 mm AL bracket), and two M3 screws are used for fastening.
