The single-axis MG-ZT1 series in combination with the power controller allows you to generate a trajectory of motion for any stepper motor. The device is used in applications where it is necessary to cyclically execute a sequence of motor shaft movements with many parameters, such as position, speed, acceleration and braking. In addition to the control outputs, the room unit has additional relay outputs and digital opto-isolated inputs, which allows you to connect other automation devices such as, for example, optical sensors or external beacons.
The most important advantage of the MG-ZT1 series transmitter is the graphic display and simple menus for configuring the device and programming the trajectory of motor motion. Such a solution completely releases the User from the necessity of connecting the module to a PC. The device can also be programmed and configured from a PC using the USB interface and free software provided with the module. It should be noted that the setter, after disconnecting from the computer, operated completely independently. In addition, the device is equipped with an RS-485 interface, which allows communication with other devices in the popular MODBUS RTU standard.
Features:
- 230 V AC or 15 V 36 VDC depending on the version;
- Co-operation with any stepper motor controllers with control inputs: CKL, DIR, EN, TTL standard;
- 2 opto-isolated special inputs: RUN and STOP for starting and stopping the program;
- 2 optoisolated general-purpose inputs + 1 HOME input 2 relay outputs;
- Non-volatile internal memory that allows you to write up to 10 programs with 25 commands with the option of combining programs (program nesting function);
- USB interface for communication with a PC;
- RS485 interface for communication with other devices in the MODBUS RTU standard (PLC controller, HMI panel, etc.)
- Front panel with buttons and graphic display for motor control and device programming;
- A PC-based application that makes programming easier
