MLAS-KX linear module with ball screw driven by a stepper motor

The MLAS linear module is based on an aluminum profile, a linear guide and a ball screw with a nut. Application of the ball screw allows for larger portions than for a module with a strip of force (up to 1000 N) and provides considerable precision of movement, enabling the positioning of the wheelchair with repeatability to hundredths of a millimeter.

The behavior of these parameters depends on the drive used. In order to achieve optimal work parameters, WObit proposes the use of selected stepper motors from the 57BYGH series.

There is an option of mounting other type of motor after consultation with WObit’s specialist. Motors are finished by cables 15…25 cm length.
