ADE4U 4-channel measuring module with incremental inputs
ADE4-U? is a universal device designed for cooperation with quadrature encoder transducers (encoders, magnetic lines).
Reading data
The device allows you to read the number of pulses (positions) and speeds in four independent measurement channels.
Communication
ADE4-U is equipped with USB and RS485 (MODBUS-RTU). USB allows easy configuration of the device and acquisition of measurements from a PC. RS485 allows connection of multiple devices on one line and collection of measurements from multiple sensors simultaneously. Thanks to the implementation of the MODBUS-RTU protocol, the device can be used, for example, with a PLC controller or HMI panels.
Features:
Cooperation with four encoders with a quadrature output
5 OC type transistor outputs with configurable switch-on threshold
USB interface for cooperation with a PC
RS485 interface (MODBUS RTU) for co-operation with master devices
PC software with the possibility of visualization and archiving of measurements
