High rigidity structure

The ARC/HRC/ERC Ball Type Linear Guide Series use four rows of re-circulating steel balls arranged in O-shape and at 45ş contact angle with the raceway, achieving superior load capacity and track 
rail rigidity. The use of larger steel balls in greater quantities helps increase the load capacity, moment capacity and rigidity. In addition, the larger size of the carts for the same size used larger balls and more of them, which increased the load capacity of the carts from 10% to 30% in comparison with the competition models.

Reduced lubrication requirements for environmental soundness and maintenance cost saving

The products are characterized by a lot of load, high torque and high rigidity. The internal PU lubrication storage pad design allows direct contact of the lubricant with all  steel balls without adding extra length to the runner block. This ensures effective long-term  lubrication for environmental soundness and maintenance cost saving. Excellent performances are achieved with short stroke applications

Linear guides cpc can be made in five accuracy classes ranging from the highest ultra precision (UP), super precision (SP) and precision (P), and combining the high accuracy (H) and normal classes (N).

Reinforcement plate design (Patented)

A great advantage of the cpc linear guides is that they can be made with a closing plate reinforcing the stainless steel. Using 2 stainless steel reinforcement plates, the L type design allows for screws to be fastened onto the top and bottom of the runner block, reinforcing the rigidity and cladding of its caps. The clearance between the rail profile with the seal design is below 0.3mm, reinforcing the steel plates while enabling scraper functions.The tiles act as a structural reinforcement and as a scraper and also allow you to achieve greater speeds by up to 10 m / s (normally it is 5 m / s).

In addition to the reinforcing plate, it is possible to make a truck with an additional lower, inner gasket, end gasket and reinforcing gasket. This design allows to reduce friction, perfectly seals the truck against all contamination and extends its life span.
