The new mobile robot MOBOT® AGV FlatRunner MW

The family of mobile robots MOBOT & # 174; AGV has expanded to include the MOBOT & # 174; AGV FlatRunner MW . This is the biggest WOV robot ever produced by WOBIT, enabling transport of details up to 1500 kg ! They can be transported using dedicated trucks / feeders / pallets mounted directly on the robot. The AGV robot is controlled from the operator panel placed at the base point or automatically by the programmed master controller.

The robot's propulsion system is equipped with wheels enabling movement in any direction and 360 ° rotation. The wheels consist of several rolls arranged at an angle of 45 degrees with respect to the axis. Excellent maneuverability shortens the cycle time and downtime of the production process. Thanks to the use of a scanner with safety function and laser navigation MOBOT & # 174; AGV FlatRunner MW ensures safe and precise movement, even in limited space. Due to high mobility and flexibility, this solution significantly increases the possibilities of using an AGV robot.

Efficient robot operation up to 8 hours is ensured by two batteries placed in special cassettes, enabling their quick replacement. MOBOT & # 174; AGV FlatRunner MW can also be charged via the charging station. Optionally, it is possible to use an automatic charging station.
