 | As the first value to present is universal four-channel transducer for ADT42 bridge load sensors . The device has two transistor outputs and two isolated inputs (including one tarring). The ADT42 module can be used both in industry and in research laboratories, wherever there is a need for rough or precise measurement of force (weight). Depending on the sensor used, it is possible to measure small loads in the grams range as well as the large loads measured in tonnes. Thanks to the possibility of summing measurements from selected channels, it can be used in multi-sensor weighing systems. |
In addition to the module WObit offers measuring amplifier for WDT1 force sensors . The amplifier is equipped with an input for one strain gauge, a 0 10 V output, and an RS485 port (MODBUS-RTU). Another functional device intended for measuring signals from bridge strain gauges is MD150T indicator . Built-in precision analogue-digital converter allows you to perform measurements with a resolution of up to 100,000 measuring points. The measurement result is presented on a readable, six-digit display.
For cooperation with incremental encoders and with other devices generating a rectangular signal, the ADE4U measurement module has been prepared. The device allows reading the number of pulses (positions) and the speed in four independent measurement channels. ADE4U is equipped with a USB and RS485 port.
With the idea of counting pulses from incremental encoders or rectangular signal sources, it was also created programmable MD150E counter . The unit can also specify the frequency of the signal and scale the calculated value to the required unit (revolutions, mm, rev / sec, etc.). MD150E has two relay outputs that can indicate user-defined thresholds and input resetting the counter. |  |
To measure analog signals, 0..10V is dedicated the counter MD150A . It can cooperate with any sensor with voltage or current output. MD150A has an additional Vout power output, which also allows direct connection of the potentiometric sensor. The measured value can be converted to any unit and displayed with fixed precision. The device is also equipped with an RS485 Modbus RTU and USB interface.

The device supports up to four sensors with an analog output, capable of working in differential mode and up to two sensors with a quadrature output. In addition, the ADAE42U has six OC type transistor outputs with a configurable switch-on and switch-off threshold depending on the position of the respective encoder.
