Why an industrial robot?

This is due to the flexibility of this solution, because it can be very quickly converted to transferring various details by replacing the workpiece, the most common gripper. Robotizing palletizing allows you to increase the efficiency of processes, increase the production volume, reduce costs work, and also raise the quality

The key is to choose the right robot model, which parameters will allow optimal use of it in the given application (i.e. define the necessary range of motion, lift, positioning repetition and motion dynamics ).

We often implement large Tower robots for robotization of palletizing and packing.

In the case of large loads and requiring a considerable range of motion, it will ideally test TR1200 with a lifting capacity of up to 100 kg.

For average loads we often use the TR1000 robot with a lifting capacity of up to 25 kg.

What's important is that one robot can palletize products from several lines - through its foundation on the driveway that allows the passage between lines.

Instead of Tower robots, Cartesian systems, equipped with a gripper for lifting details, are often used as well.

This solution allows you to work on significant lengths, which allows you to collect products from many lines and arrange them on a few or a dozen or so pallets.
