Development
From one man to almost a fifty-person team. We are expanding not only in numbers. Over the years, we have developed our own know-how, which we enrich each day with new experiences. The effects of our work can be seen in every aspect of the company's operation, ranging from the development of the staff, modern headquarters, through the constantly elevated level of service quality, to innovative products.
25 years in modern Poland
At the beginning of its activity, WObit focused on supplying components that enter into the machine's compost. Over time, we expanded our assortment to include other products from which the company's customers were able to construct and build complete equipment in-house. For a long time we have provided the constructors with almost all the necessary elements needed to build measuring and executive machines, as well as machines operating in the full automatic control system.
Today, the most important goal of the organization is to provide our clients with support in the area of â??â??needs analysis, which leads to finding the right solution to the application problem. Further, through the selection of standard components, the production of atypical elements, as well as programming services, WObit is able to comprehensively implement projects of considerable complexity.
Vision for the future
In the coming years, our goal will be to use the "Smart Factory" mechanisms to gain full knowledge of the processes taking place in the customer's enterprise, and then to conduct a quick analysis and inference that will lead to efficient decision making.
In order to achieve our goal, we will use the equipment and knowledge accumulated over 25 years of activity in the field of sensory, drive and control. Industrial and mobile works as well as elements of specific production lines in their own production will be used to an increasing extent. Above all you will be able to watch an advanced computer system that will provide information and allow for quick response both at the level of employees of production lines, as well as at the level of managing people.
Support for young engineers
We believe that young engineers are the capital for the future development of our country, which is why we give them the opportunity to acquire knowledge and experience during apprenticeships and internships. WObit supports Polish education by equipping research laboratories, conducting lectures at universities and organizing training cycles. We also sponsor teams of young constructors who create innovative solutions, including Marshals and diesel and electric cars that are successful around the world.
