class 3A students from the Secondary School of Ursuline Sisters SJK in Pniewy during the Entrepreneurship Day. Students learned the history of the company, gained knowledge about the functioning of a company producing solutions for industry 4.0. and asked questions to the employees of the Research and Development department where the first ideas about MOBOT® are created. They visited the production hall, where they learned about the processes involved in the creation of mobile robots, and finally, in the test zone, they saw how the completed and programmed MOBOT® AGV FlatRunner MW Light works. In addition to getting to know the company's activity profile, students had the opportunity to gain knowledge during practical workshops. The first one concerned the basics of labor law, where they gained valuable knowledge that will be useful to people who may soon face the challenges that will be faced by them on the labor market. The second workshop concerned quality management in accordance with the KAIZEN philosophy, they learned the methods of preventing problems - 5S and solving them: the Ishikawa Diagram or 5 Why, which can be used in a production environment, as well as at home or at a desk.
