The event of the 7th Days of Organic Work, addressed to Ignacy Jan Paderewski on the 100th anniversary of the Greater Poland Uprising, was a ceremonial gala that took place on April 24 in the historic interiors of the Poznan Bazaar.
On that day, the Lauer of Organic Work - an award for individuals and organizations was added, which in their turn initiated the economic, cultural and social development of the region and the results of the 20th edition of the Wielkopolska Quality Award Competition were announced.
This year the Presidium of the Wielkopolska Committee of the Quality Award awarded the company WObit not only the law of service certificate of quality for the following years, but also Special Award - TQM Pillars for many years of improvement in quality management. The award was collected by Katarzyna Ober - Degorska, Director of Quality, HRM and Organization in WObit. WObit has continued since 2005 participates in a quality contest organized by the Wielkopolska Institute of Hygiene in Poznan. Every two years, the company is subjected to a detailed external audit, during which the smallest aspects of its operations are verified in all the management pillars. Awarding the Special Award - TQM Pillars is something more than a winning competition in quality. It is appreciated by the prestigious jury of the competition's chapters, a continuous, long-term effort to increase the quality in every area of the company's operation. |
The TQM pillar has been awarded to the entire WObit team - managing persons and employees. It is thanks to team work, determination and commitment from year to year there is a noticeable increase in the development and effectiveness of the company.
A permanent goal for total quality is a way of applying the whole talent, competence and characteristics of a working person, which WObit is an example of.
