New controller capaNCDT 6222 Ă? enables even faster measurements of displacement, distance and position. With a measurement frequency up to 20 kHz , it is currently the fastest available capacitive sensor controller in the Micro-Epsilon range.
The controller is suitable for monitoring very dynamic processes eg rotary axes, oscillations and vibrations. The modular controller can be extended by up to four measuring channels in a very simple way. These channels can be added or deleted by the user without losing performance or changing the software. The integrated Ethernet interface allows simple, quick set-up, configuration and measurement via the web interface (via the web browser).
The flexibility of the new, compact controller is supported by a variety of options assembly: the standard product is intended for mounting on a work table, a simple adapter allows mounting on a rail or in a wall. All capacitive sensors Micro-Epsilon can be connected without the need for any calibration. To improve the accuracy of measurement results, you can store special characteristics.
