In the competition organized by Control Engineering Polska magazine, the jury and readers decided to give the title Product of the Year 2014 eddy3001 eddy current sensor in the category of non-contact sensors. The eddy current sensor with integrated electronics has small dimensions, which until now were reserved for inductive sensors and proximity. Temperature compensating design ensures high stability even in variable temperature environments.
eddyNCDT 3001 ze integrated electronics is characterized by an excellent price-performance ratio and is easy to use. The sensor is ideally suited for OEM applications and used in machine construction. It is factory calibrated for the measurement of ferromagnetic and non-ferromagnetic materials, which eliminates the need for sensor calibration in the field. The sensor is available with an integrated cable or connector.
The solid construction combined with the eddy current principle allows measurements in difficult industrial conditions (oil, pressure, dirt). In addition, eddyNCDT 3001 is suitable for use in the maritime industry and shipbuilding (salt water)
The optoNCDT ILR2250-100 laser distance sensor is designed for precise distance measurements in industrial environments. It is perfect for measuring the diameter of metal coils.
