QUALITY ENGINEER
Workplace: Deborzyce near Pniewy (Greater Poland)
Responsibilities:
development and supervision of quality documentation
quality monitoring of production processes
carrying out product audits together with the technologist / production team (e.g. measurements of details using measuring instruments, keeping control documentation)
solving current quality problems
cooperation with suppliers to ensure high quality products
coordinating the analysis of the reported non-compliance (including supporting the team in root cause analysis, preparing reports, among others 8D)
cooperation with the Complaints Department (e.g. handling quality complaints, creating reports, including complaints)
cooperation with departments dealing with process planning, production, product development and sales
Requirements:
Preferred university or technical education (completed technical fields: e.g. mechatronics, materials engineering, electrics, electrical engineering, electromechanics or related)
knowledge of control and measurement tools
communicative knowledge of English (min. B2)
ability to read technical documentation (technical drawings, electrical diagrams)
experience in a similar position in a production environment (preferably in a production or logistics company)
communication skills that will allow you to work with people at all levels in the company structure
ability to work in a team and attitude towards cooperation
knowledge of the organization of production processes and quality assurance (including ISO 9001, quality tools, problem solving methods)
the ability to edit, implement and monitor documentation
the ability to coordinate many topics at one time and very good organization of work
reliability, regularity, consistency,
independence and determination in the implementation of entrusted tasks
