Optocontrol 2700 is a compact, high-performance LED microster characterized by exceptional precision, high measurement speed and ease of use. Two models with 10 and 40 mm measuring ranges include a wide range of applications in automation and quality ensuring. Active correction of the angle of inclination allows for precise detection of objects, even if they are inclined at an angle of up to 45 °.
Configuration takes place via an intuitive interface that allows you to set video signals, filters and various measuring modes. In the configuration mode, the Shadow image helps in precisely setting the target. The system is insensitive to the light of the environment and is also suitable for difficult environmental conditions and for measuring transparent or reflective objects. What's more, a large measuring distance enables flexible integration with various applications.

Thanks to the angle measurement, the position of the rollers relative to each other is detected with absolute precision. This technology ensures constant accuracy of the material, even over the width of the material, and helps to avoid waste of material. The micrometer is an effective solution for optimizing rolling processes and providing consistently high quality product. The high -performance micrometer will soon also be available with a cable output for limited assembly spaces. Thanks to the integrated controller, the cabling and installation work are limited to a minimum.
