Cable sensors Micro-Epsilon K and MK are specially designed for series production and applications OEM. They measure distances from 50 mm to 8 m and can be used at temperatures from -40 °C to +85 °C, depending on the model.

Ideal application areas are medical technology applications, mobile machines such as telehandlers or mobile cranes, as well as various industrial applications. Due to their excellent price-performance ratio, these sensors are particularly suitable for cost-sensitive implementations. Thanks to their compact dimensions, these sensors are also ideal for applications with limited installation space.

Their housing provides a high degree of protection for the IP67 or IP69K class and is made of glass fiber reinforced plastic. In addition, a separate drum and spring chamber optimally protects the spring against environmental influence. The K100 series is therefore ideal for external applications. The compact sensor housing enables measurement in the range up to 8 m. The signals are sent by Canopen (digital) or by potentiometer, electricity or voltage (analog) .

link sensors can be adapted to the special requirements of OEM, which are not included in the standard models. Economic implementation can be achieved even in the case of medium quantities, depending on the type and number of modifications.
